We have developed and implemented Planned Site Programme's, which are initiated at the start of a major project. On the immediate start up of the project we would in co-operation with your staff, prepare a progressive cleaning specification programme, this would cater for:
• The cleaning of Site Offices and Ancillary Staff Building.
• Maintaining the site in a clean condition.
• Carry out specific cleaning tasks during the course of the project as required by Site Management.
• Completing the final builders clean.
• Actioning any specialist cleaning requests.
This ensures throughout the Projects Life, Site Management would have ready access to reliable cleaning staff and techniques to call on as and when required. This facility has proven of great value to the contractors we have completed projects for. Click on client list to view.
Responsible supervisory and quality control staff, visit the site and liaise with Staff Management.
Job cards are raised for specific tasks which we request are signed by the site Agent on the satisfactory completion of that job.
The specification and programme submitted, which will be progressively updated, would indicate applicable daily labour rates and estimates for identifiable tasks.
